1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for ServiceTracker, you agree to bound by these terms. Our software is designed for mobile repair shops and service centers. You represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each shop is assigned a unique Shop ID. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Shop ID. We recommend using a strong password as enforced by our system.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for all new shops. No payment details are required for the trial.
  • Manual Payment: After the trial, you must pay the monthly fee via the methods provided (Bank/UPI) to keep your account active.
  • Suspension: Accounts with expired subscriptions will be locked after 24 hours of grace period.

4. Data Privacy

Your data is yours. We use "Multi-Tenant Isolation" to ensure your customers and repair records are never visible to other shops. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

ServiceTracker is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any business interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our service.
