1. Introduction

At ServiceTracker, we take your privacy and your customers' privacy very seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how it's used, and how we keep it safe within our multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

2. Data We Collect

  • For Shop Owners: Username, Email address, Shop Name, and Shop Address. We also store your preferences and subscription status.
  • For Shop Customers: Name, WhatsApp Number, and Place. We store this ONLY within your shop's database vault.
  • Repair Records: Device model, problem description, repair status, and price.

3. Data Isolation

Our core technology uses Shop-Level Isolation. This means your data is "tagged" with your unique Shop ID and is logically separated from all other shops on the platform. No other technician can see your client list or repair history.

4. WhatsApp Notifications

ServiceTracker generates WhatsApp links for you to send status updates. We do not use any automated bots that "read" your messages. All notifications are sent via your own device's WhatsApp application.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated customers and repair records are permanently erased from our live servers within 24 hours.
